Marina is a glitter top in a clear base. It is packed with hexagonal shaped turquoise and light green glitter, blue shaped squares, and blue and gold holographic microglitter. This glitter is on the viscous side, so its better to apply lightly, specially if you are trying to do a gradient. Here is shown as a reverse gradient (1 coat) over 2 coats of Firefly by Fresh Paint and a layer of top coat.
