Nail Art - Favorite Beverage Manicure Challenge

Hello reader! I can't believe the month of August is over, but not without one last challenge. This time around, I tackled my favorite beverage....cafe!

Well, I'm sure this comes as no surprise to some!  I have this cute green mug on my desk which I use to help myself to 2-3 cups of the precious liquid a day!

For this look, I used 2 cremes and 1 shimmer from SinfulColors. I started with 1 coat of 'Beige of Honor' on my index, ring, and pinky finger. I, by the way, was very impress by this creme's coverage. It only took 1 easy coat!

I then brushed both 'Nirvana' (the other creme in addition to 'Beige of Honor') and 'Beige of Honor' on a makeup sponge and applied it to my nails to create an ombre effect.

For the accent nail, I started with 2 coats of 'Simply Silver' by SinfulColors. This polish is a lovely shimmer that also has a very nice formula and coverage. I then used acrylic paint to hand-paint my beloved green coffee mug! And yes, I occasionally top my coffee with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles!

And there you have it! I took on my first nail art challenge and completed 10 out of 11. Which one was your favorite? As always, thanks for reading!  And don't be shy, let me know what you think! I leave you with one last look!
