Noche Eterna by Moonflower Polish Indie Swatch and Review

Press Sample

Hello readers! Today I am sharing swatches of Noche Eterna by indie nail polish maker Moonflower Polish.

Polish Pick Up (PPU), the monthly e-pop up shop offering an array of  indie brands and products, is
featuring a weather theme for the month of June.

As some of you may know, Nadia, the maker behind Moonflower Polish, is a fellow Puerto Rican. She channeled the devastation left by Hurricane's Maria aftermath in Noche Eterna (Eternal Night in English). This is a black base polish with green-gold-purple multichrome shimmer. The polish is dual purpose, and can be worn either by itself or used for stamping nail art. It covers and self-levels  in 1 to 2 easy coats, and it stamps beautifully with both a soft silicone stamper and a clear jelly stamper.

Shown below are two coats plus glossy top coat (Sassy Cats Lacquer Purrfect Shine - reviewed here). Also shown stamped over a blue-leaning turquoise creme using a soft silicone stamp (Fab Ur Nails) and a plate from Sugar Bubbles.

Overall, this polish is unique and beautiful. It really captures the chaos left in wake of Hurricane Maria and I love if both stamped and used on its own.

Noche Eterna will be available at https://polishpickup.com/ from June 7-10. This polish will retail for $12.50 US and only 70 bottles will be available (an additional 5 bottles will be available in the UK site).

Let me know what you think of Noche Eterna and of this month's PPU theme!

The product featured here was sent to me free of charge in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

  1. This is a gorgeous polish! I love that it can be worn alone and used for stamping as well.
