Hello lovely readers! Today on the I have 12 lipsticks from Jesse's Girl Cosmetics.

Swatch and Review of Jesse's Girl Cosmetics Lipsticks

Jesse's Girl Cosmetics lipsticks are cruelty-free, made in the USA, and feature 12 shades in several finishes.

All of the formula apply nicely and none are drying. Most shades (with the exception of the shimmer/sheer ones) are nicely pigmented. Also, these lipsticks do transfer but I still had plenty of color left on my lips after eating and drinking.

The lipstick cases feel pretty substantial, and feature black lids with color coded bottoms. I love these because I don't have to remove the lids to find the shade I want!

Below are individual pictures as well as arm swatches (I have an olive skin complexion, for reference!).

Angeles
This lipstick is described as a muted plum and it is one of three lipsticks in a semi-matte finish. This shade does have a pink undertone.

Carmen
This lipstick is described as a rich terra-cotta shade in a shiny cream finish. This shade has some subtle orange/brown undertones.

Christina
This lipstick is described as a silky mauve shade and it is one of two lipsticks in the collection that features subtle shimmer in a sheer shiny finish.

Elizabeth
This lipstick is described as a bold sangria shade and it is another lipstick in a semi-matte finish. It’s also the darkest shade in the collection.

Georgia
This lipstick is described as a deep beautiful rose shade in a shiny cream finish (although I would describe the finish as semi-matte).

Krystal
This lipstick is described as a warm, muted pink (it’s tinny bit more peach-leaning compared to Georgia) in a cream finish.

Niki
This lipstick is described as a muted raspberry shade in a shiny cream finish. This would be a complementary berry shade on almost (if not all) skin tones.

Penelope
This lipstick is described as a rich bubble gum pink shade in a cream finish. This sure stands out as the only ‘neon’ and the brightest shade in the collection.

Ventura
This is described as an auburn raspberry shade and it is the third lipstick in a semi-matte finish. It is a tinny bit more coral leaning compared to Niki.

Veronica
This lipstick is described as a ruby red shade in a shiny sheer finish. It’s not as bright as a ruby red in person but it’s the closest shade to red in the collection.

Victoria
This lipstick is described as a ...in a sheer finish. This shade is the closest to my olive Latina complexion.

Yesenia
This lipstick is described as a soft dusty rose shade and it’s the second lipstick in the collection that features a subtle shimmer in a sheer finish.

Swatch and Review of Jesse's Girl Cosmetics Lipsticks

Overall, I love these lipsticks from Jesse's Girl Cosmetics. Not only are they super affordable and wearable, they are also cruelty-free, made in the US, and available at some drug stores as well as online. If I had to pick only a few of these, I would go with Carmen, Niki, and Ventura!

These lipsticks retail for $4.99 US and can be purchased here.

The products featured here were sent to me free of charge. All opinions are my own.
