Indie Swatch and Review - Liquid Hot "Magma" and Russian Gold by Baroness X

Press Samples

Hello lovely readers! 5-free, cruelty free indie polish Baroness X returns to the blog with Liquid Hot "Magma" and Russian Gold.

Baroness X has released two new polishes that are meant be used alone or as "undies" (aka base) for the unicorn pee (UP)-version of these polishes. The UP versions will be released as limited edition polishes and will be available to members of The X Army group on Facebook.

Liquid Hot "Magma"
This is a magenta base polish with ruby red and gold microshimmer. The formula applies and self-levels nicely. It can be opaque in two coats, depending on your application and nail length.

Shown below are 3 thin coats plus glossy top coat.

Russian Gold
This is a rose gold polish packed with metallic and translucent gold shimmer. Again, the formula applies and self-levels nicely with two easy coats.

Shown below are three thin coats plus top coat.

Overall, I love these two polishes on their own. They are currently available for pre-sale at www.baronessx.com and retail for $10.00 US. Please note that these will start shipping on April 4th.

The UP versions will be available to The X Army Facebook members so make sure to join here if you do not want to miss out!

These items were provided for my honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

  2. These are gorgeous! I think I'd feel bad topping up such pretty polishes, even if it is with one of Demi's lovely toppers!
