Mainstream Swatch and Review - Zoya Naturel 3 Collection, Coordinating Lipsticks, and Giveaway

Press Samples

Hello lovely readers! I'm starting 2017 with a review of Zoya's Naturel 3 collection and a giveaway of 3 coordinating Zoya Lipstick shades.

Nail polish swatches and review of the Naturel 3 collection by Zoya

The new Zoya Naturel 3 collection is comprised of six, easy-to-wear cremes. Zoya described this collection palette is a perfectly balanced array of low to high impact neutrals. And of course, all of the polishes are 10-free with the smooth formula Zoya's cremes are well known for.

Tatum
This creme is described by Zoya as a medium light nude cream with a warm base. It may have a bit too much yellow and I found it to clash against my olive skin tone. This is the lightest shade in the collection and requires at least 2 coats for self-leveling. Shown below are 2 coats plus glossy top coat.

Cathy
This polish is described by Zoya as a described as a light pink nude creme. It does has a bit more of a pink, warm undertone in person, and I love this against my skin tone. This and the shades below can be worn as 1 generous coat, if applied carefully. Shown below are 2 coats plus top coat.

 Jill
This polish is described by Zoya as a lighter mauve cream nude, and I agree with this description 100%. This is another one of my favorites from this collection. Show are 2 coats plus top coat.

Mary
This polish is described by Zoya as a medium raisin creme. It does has some purple undertones but it is a brown shade. Shown are 2 coats plus glossy top coat.

Debbie
This polish is described by Zoya as a plum brown creme, and it is the darkest shade in the collection and the shade with the reddest undertones. This is another one of my favorites. Shown are 2 coats plus top coat.

Coordinating Lipstick Creams
Zoya has curated 3 of their medium-wear, classic lipstick cream formula to coordinate with the Naturel 3 nail polish collection. All of the 3 lipsticks shown below had a nice, creamy formula and are shown on my forearm.

Maxwell
This lipstick is described by Zoya as a deep plum with a subtle fuchsia fleck in a modern matte finish. I was expecting this to be a vampy red, but indeed it is more if a plum color.

Paisley
This lipstick is described by Zoya as an ultra-wearable blush rose lipstick with a hydrating, satin cream finish. It is a shade of pink that I think will work with most skin tones.

Cameron
This lipstick is described by Zoya as a creamy nude lipstick with a hydrating, satin cream finish. This is indeed nude, perhaps, too nude against my skin tone! I would like to try this lipstick in the summer when I am more tanned.

Overall, I love this collection and I think it is a nice transitional collection. I don't think that all shades will work for everyone, but there are definitively 2 to 3 shades that everyone will love. My favorites are Zoya's Mary, Jill, and Debbie and I will be wearing Zoya Paisley year-round!

The polishes are available at Zoya and other US beauty retailers and retail for $10 US. The lipsticks retail for $12 US.

What do you think of this collection? Will you be getting some of these? Please leave a comment and enter the giveaway below!

  2. I think both Tatum and Cathy work well with your skin tone. I struggled with both of those. Tatum made me pull almost sickly yellow, and Cathy gave me lobster hands. I really wanted to love all of them. All of the darker shades (polish & lipstick) are winners for me.
