Indie Swatch and Review- Anomalous Phenomena 2015 Collection by DIFFERENT dimension (partial)

Nothing to disclose*

Hi there lovely readers! The countdown to Halloween has begun and I am starting the week off with swatches and reviews of the Anomalous Phenomena collection by 3-free indie polish maker DIFFERENT dimension.

The collection is comprised of 5 jellies and 1 crelly: Static Vision, EVF, Chasing Shadows (these first 3 are not included in this review), EMF, Knock Once for Yes, and Full Spectral (crelly).

The 2 jellies that I am reviewing today have a very similar formula, so I will go over it first before I share my swatches. These 2 jellies are very richly pigmented (beware of staining your cuticles!) and could easily be a one-coater if you carefully apply a generous coat. However, adding a second coat adds a lot more dimension and depth of color. They also feature beautiful holographic microglitters that show off better with 2 coats. Formula wise, these self-level nicely and have a nice shine to them.

For the photos, please note that all of these were taken under artificial lighting.

EMF
Described as a deep blood red jelly polish with holographic microglitters. Shown below are 2 coats plus top coat.

Knock Once for Yes
Described as a burnt orange jelly polish with holographic microglitters. Shown below are 2 coats plus top coat.

Full Spectral
A white base crelly with matted neon glitter and microglitter in traditional Halloween colors. I tried to swatch this one without an undie (white crème as a base coat) but the polish kept pulling and refused to self-level for me after 3 coats. Therefore, I gave up and applied over 1 coat of Going to the Chapel by Barielle. The glitter payoff was good, although I still strategically placed a few of the larger glitter pieces. Shown below is 1 coat over white plus top coat.

Overall, I love the 2 jellies in this collection. They are great colors for wearing beyon Halloween and I really like the formulas. The crelly is very pretty but the formula is not for me!

Do you have any of these polishes or are you planning on getting some? If so, I would love to read about it below!
