Indie Swatch and Review - Coco Berry by Polish My Life

Nothing to Disclose

Hi there lovely readers! New to the blog today is Coco Berry by 5-free indie polish maker Polish My Life.

Coco Berry was released as part of the Wine and Chocolate Fall 2014 collection. It is a crème with a color like no other! At first look, it appears to be a rich brown shade but on close inspection you can appreciate a deep violet undertone. This can be best appreciated if you apply a light first coat over your nails.

The formula was very nice. It self-leveled beautifully and with careful application it could be a one coater. Also, despite being so richly saturated, I did not get any staining. Shown below are 2 coats plus top coat.

I also used Coco Berry as the base for my geometric nail art for my 31 Day Nail Art Challenge on Instagram. It made for a yummy look when paired with Apricot Delight by M Polish.

Overall, I love this polish. It had been on my untried pile for some time and I’m glad I finally decided to use it. I only own a handful of Polish My Life polishes but hope to keep adding to it! Also, I apologize in advance for this polish not being available on the Polish My Life website.

As always, thanks for reading and feel free to comment below!
