Zoya Element Fall 2018 Collection (Part II) - Swatch and Review

Press Samples

Hello readers! Today I have Part II of the Zoya Element collection for Fall 2018.

The Zoya Element collection features 12 shimmers and cremes that range from muted pinks and berries to vampy reds and blues. It also includes two specialty polishes packed with shimmer.

In Part I, I shared my swatches here of Devin, Rumor, Jenna, Ruthie, Maryann, and Kendra.

Part II includes Alyssa, DonnieGardner, Leighton, Maeve, and Rachael. This collection features 5 vampy cremes and 1 specialty polish. Also, the cremes are highly pigmented. I did have some cuticle and nail staining, so I recommend you wear a base coat prior to applying the polish.

Let's take a closer look below!

Alyssa
This is a dark carnelian red creme. The formula is classic Zoya, covering and self-leveling in one to two easy coats. It is highly pigmented, so beware of staining.

Shown below are three coats plus glossy top coat.

Gardner
This is the one specialty polish in the second half of the collection. This periwinkle shade features a magenta shimmer and a foil finish. Like Devin (reviewed here) it does not have much (or any) texture when dry and that it removes easily with a bit of acetone. I also found the formula to be less dense compared to Devin, self-leveling and covering beautifully with one generous coat.

Shown are two coats plus top glossy coat.

Donnie
This is a purple-leaning dark raspberry creme. The formula is classic Zoya, covering and self-leveling in one easy coat. This shade also looks darker on the nail versus the bottle.

Shown are two coats plus glossy top coat.

Shown are two coats plus glossy top coat.

Rachael
This is dark blood red creme. In the bottle, this shades looks very similar to Alyssa. However, it is  a much darker shade and it looks even darker on teh nail compared to the bottle. The formula is classic Zoya, covering and self-leveling in one to two easy coats. Like Leighton above, it is highly pigmented, so beware of staining.

Shown are two coats plus glossy top coat.

Zoya Element for Fall 2018 - Part 1

Zoya Element Collection - Part II

Overall, I am loving this collection. It has something for everyone and the vampy cremes even look good on shorter nails.

These polishes are available here and retail for $10 US.

Make sure to come back for my review of Part II of the Zoya Element collection!

These polishes were provided to me free of charge in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

  1. Also, make sure any claims the product makes can be substantiated. It's a good idea to choose a product that is unique and that cannot easily be purchased at a local store or at a lesser price.satta king
