This nail art features a reversed French manicure.
For this look, I used 2 coats of 'Vacation Time' by Sinful Colors Professional as my base.

The leopard spots were done by dipping a dotting in 'You Mint a lot to Me' by Bonita Cosmetics in order to achieve an interesting contrast against my base.
